Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of goods by the buyer.

Goods of proper quality include all goods:
- which have not been in use;
- which have preserved their trade dress, consumer properties, seals, labels, original packaging;
- to which there are documents sent with the goods.

Return of the goods is made according to the data specified in TTN upon receipt of the parcel.
Who should pay for the return of goods
In this case, when returning the goods we do not reimburse the costs associated with the cost of delivery services. Namely – the departure of the courier or the cost of shipping by transportation company to another city, according to the declaration (TTN). In case of rejection of the goods the cost of return service is paid by the buyer.
Refund period
After receipt and inspection of the goods by our warehouse, within 3 working days the funds will be refunded to the details from which the payment was made.

Term of sending the goods for exchange
After receipt and inspection of the goods not suitable for you within 1-3 working days will be sent another product of your choice.

If upon receipt of the goods is found to be defective, you need to draw up a Certificate of defect in the presence of a representative of the transportation service. And inform us the number of this report and the quantity of damaged goods. Return or exchange of defective goods shall be made to the data specified in the bill of lading upon receipt of the parcel.

In case of defective goods, the cost of delivery in both directions is paid by Us.
According to the law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of proper quality. If they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality, not subject to return and exchange.
